The 3-day workshop will include such topics as know your customer , supply chain management, Customer Responsibilities, Understanding Culture of Services, Creating Positive atmosphere  with Challenging Customers, identifying your customer’s background, Managing Customer Expectations, listening to upset customers.

Targeted audience:  This opportunity is open only to small business,  Academia and  government, especially departments who are in charge with purchasing and approving the order of the chemicals  (procurement officers).
